A cute little desktop organizer

I had a great deal of fun creating this little organizer and I have thought of a jillion things to keep in it for ease of reach in a moment's notice.

Taking a Stab at Digital...

I thought since recovering seems to be just about all I can take from a limitation standpoint, I would engage my brain in some stimulating creativity that doesn't require me heading upstairs to my studio.  So I broke out the laptop and began to check out Photoshop Elements 8.0.  Here's my first stab at creating a page.

Wow - - I can't even begin to say thanks to the great friends I have!  You have brought gifts and flowers, sent cards, made meals, run errands and helped me gather craft supplies to keep me sane in my chair as I recover! Thank you....THANK you... THANK YOU!!!

I had the best time Monday night - - even though maybe it was a little too much "up & down" activity so close after my surgery.  Check out the cuties that I created.  I am especially proud of my cute little last minute Valentine's Day card.

Hi Friends!  Hope you are all doing well...

Just a quick update from me as we begin 2010.

God has been SOOO great to us...our family grew this year as two precious grandbabies were added to it.

Heather had our precious granddaughter  - Kayley Joy in late September and Meg gave birth to Lance Brennan in late November... Needless to say the holidays were filled with tons of joy!  

William, our oldest grandson is being a super BIG BROTHER and Mommy's little helper and turned two in September right as Kayley Joy was born.

Matt is doing well in college and we are looking for spectacular things from him as he uses his Army training in Special Forces to augment his college life.

It's with this message I wish you all a prosperous New Year in 2010 and pray that God showers you with Love and Blessings this year!
